I was talking about minors here. And then only if that person were visibly clearly a minor, or turned out to be one later.

In the case of a (present or former) VHTV tenant visiting, say, B4, how is the RLC tenant opening the door & letting them in supposed to know the visitor is/was a VHTV tenant?... It's not like it's something written on their foreheads...

While in the case of a minor visiting, RLC could get in real legal trouble (and one might see/guess they're a minor). That wouldn't be the case with a VHTV tenant visiting.

So why would RLC go through all the trouble gatekeeping & investigating possible visits from VHTV tenants? Would they even always recognize those people themselves (I think they only would in the case of ex-RLC tenants)? What would be the incentive for them to go through all that time-consuming trouble while at the same time they can't even update tenant vacations in time?...

What advantage would RLC get from that?... The juice really doesn't seem worth the squeeze here.

I get that whoever is/was a VHTV tenant (possibly) cannot ever become become a RLC tenant anymore, and if an ex-RLC tenant was thrown out for gross misbehaviour, vandalising/stealing stuff etc, I can imagine they would be blacklisted and every other RLC tenant (at least in the near future; not so sure about a few years down the road...) would know not to let them in. Like the VHTV situation you described.

Speaking of minors. Does anyone recall the couple that was in the apartment that is now housing Hortenzie and Armando. The guys sister and mother visited a few times. That girl was surely under age and WILLING to share ALL 😯

Why would RLC get rid of girls who are willing to provide entertainment like Kaya, Sav and Medusa (and others) but keep the do nothings like Noa? Who knows wtf kind of thought process they have in their decision making? But it's not me as a customer to figure that out, it's only my job to decide whether or not to continue to give them money based on what I enjoy seeing.
