Iris is the only 'new blood' that I would call a success; all the (about 10) others had a short life on VV or are problematic. Even Iris was not appreciated in september.

Then they (VV) and consequently many of us have to pay more >>. VV dead. As I wrote 3 months is often not feasible.

Can't be done, too many homeless people you don't want working three months, and the good ones you will want to work more then 6 months
