Contrary to what many of us were raised to believe, you are suppose to drink something COLD (not hot). Drinking hot liquids irritates an already inflamed throat.

BBsq69 Posted September 24, 2016 Posted September 24, 2016 Movements this morning/afternoon After a night spent with Paul on the couch lying separately. 8.40 Leora goes to bed 10.00 Paul joins her 10.10 Leora leaves bed - I think Eva made a mess and it's sick Leora who has to clean it up! 10.30 Leora has resettled on the couch in the LR mostly watches TV and looks really ill, damps her head 13.55 Leora moves to the GR and reads a book 16.05 Leora moves to the bed for a cuddle 16.20 Paul gets dressed (that's right at 4.20 p.m.) 16.30 Leora and Paul move to the GR 17.00 Paul goes out
