Expand Here's another idea: Make a function when you right click on a cam you have a drop down menu to report the following things: Buffering problems No audio Nightvision switch problems Would be the fastest way to submit a ticket. 2

We have rolled out changes so the time state stays the same when switching between cams within one or other apartments. We will add changes so it enables such behavior even when you switch between apartments themselves. 3
