I think RLC has messed up big time with the recruitment recently, but it is not hard to figure out that they are trying to please a variety of people with a variety of girls.

I do not think Jessica is there because she is in the apartment all the time. ... It is more likely that rlc simply is looking out more for cam girls lately. Maybe they want to incorporate this kind of service into their program (based on the token system?) ...   ... I do not know. ... Btw, in this case, it could even be that they push her cam as some kind of advertising.

In addition, I do not believe that Jessica is even close to the number of viewers girls as Irma, Anna, Belle or even Nicole created. I doubt very much that a lot of people will extend their subsription because of her. Ultimately, it is easy to see that RLC currently has a rather weak cast in general. They lost a lot of their new couples (e.g. K&S) and miss to recast the boring apartments.
