She's just so tiny that I can't imagine her parts can handle that abuse without some permanent damage. There's a right way and a wrong way to do the things Alex does to her. I really don't think she prepping herself very well and that bed must be absolutely nasty. Can't say that I have ever seen them change the sheets.

I think Ive seen Anna changing them lately but not everytime thay had sex

They are not the only one not changing sheets that often.  For all apartments, looks like washing the sheets once every 3 to 4 weeks is the standard

And I noticed the same thing when I was watching RLC.   Ovbiously, we don't have the same hygiene standards
