I can totally see how someone could "think" they could do this and discover that they "can't", but it think becomes that persons responsibility to be honest and clear about it and leave the premises immediately. Plus, don't you think VV bears some responsibility for testing potential candidates before thrusting them into the situation? It seems quite clear that this boy was ill prepared. Seems to me that you'd be leaving out some rather important information about the situation. Give us an example of what you mean by an improper personal attack and then another of a proper behavioral critique. Please use the situation going on in Tula.
