By keeping in trim, exercise, walks everywhere, plenty of fruit and veg. Basic stuff really. Occasionally she can let go like all of us do, but not for long. And she's been making a special effort in the last few weeks, partly for the summer arriving, but more for Paul!

That one is actually for Paul's dodgy leg, so she can get him onto the bed as fast as possible. True! Unless i just made it up.

Hey that's a point, if she takes a liking to it, then it may become the new 'Blue cushion'..... 😄

Never seen her so lost in positive thought, last couple of days. Even earlier, was looking out the window instead of at the TV and i knew what is going through her head. A combination of excitement, anticipation, giddiness, expectancy, hope, love (of course) and also nerves. Good on her - She worked for it, she got it. As far back as August 2020, me and GH knew this was on the cards, it just took a bit longer than planned.

Somebody will have a big smile on their face this time next week.😃 Bit of 'This awaits you' eh! I know exactly where that's being sent.
