I do blame them. WAY to much focus in Russia. VHTV may not suffer as much because of their "diversified portfolio". For many years we have been asking for north american sites to provide some english and better time of day. Nope, more Russian and girls only sites. The hammer has come down on their single basket of heuvos.

to be honest, if they closed all the Spanish apartments, i would be more likely to stay. i find them useless, offensive, patronizing fill strictly used to justify their exorbitant cost.

I had 14 days of replay left. They translated that into 10 days of "new plan". At $30 for 30 days of replay, that translate to about $15 for 10 days of new plan. That means (maybe) the new plan (subscription +replay) will cost about $45/mth.... Anyone follow that? Are you experiences similar?

Since we are committed anyways, I will let the subscription run to the end without cancelling. If they expect me to pay the current rate for 4 usable apartment plus replay (replay what i may ask) then they are nuts and likely out of business.

I am going to give them 3 days to explain CLEARLY what is going on and what is the plan for the future. If they just ignore THIS issue like they have so often in the past i am done. I mean permanently. They may well have known this was coming and told us nothing. I am pissed.

I notice she is gone now. Its pretty obvious that RLC monitors this site looking for people to ban. I guess this time they found out that we think they are slow. And not slow as in "don't react quickly", we think they are slow as in "not mentally capable of reacting quickly."

I have seen people saying that Samantha is still listed because RLC doesn't really care about this apartment so they don't watch it closely. That sounds lie an excuse (albeit perhaps one of the crappiest excuses in history.) But seriously, what are the odds that its true? Its not like they are a major landlord! They have to monitor between 20 and 30 apartments. DAILY monitoring of all of them would not be a full time task. This is simply unprofessional and uncaring.
