There seems to be a misunderstanding on how things work since this has come up several times before. The cameras are on all the time 24/7 no need for lights or sounds indicating that. Any "on" lights would be lit up always. The only thing that turns on & off is your connection to RLC (except for the annoying night vision clicking on and off). There are no indicators to inform them whether someone is watching or not. They are in plain view & obvious.
