It could take a lot of blood for that much water to be tinged red. (She might be in danger of exsanguination. ☺️ ) -

Anyone know the meaning of his hat? -
Now you lost me. That 's why I said what I said. That part of what she said was true. It wasn't transmitting video or a video, either.

I knew it. I said that months ago because of how it was spelled and I thought Violet had mentioned it when they first got her. Thanks, Amy. 🙂 -
You know what really makes me smile?? Facial muscles. 😁

I forgot to say, Rosie is a nickname for Rose. But, it's your call. 😊
-
Isn't it a bit confusing, though, since there's already a Rosie?

You're right. Transmitting a video, aka streaming. would also be defined as transmitting a string or signal of images. But, where it all starts, ie at the cams in the apts in this case, it's just a signal of what the lens sees. It's not considered a video until someone records it. In other words, a recording of the signal of images a lens sees. Ms. Attorney! 😁

Yaaaaaayy!!!! 😁

Like minds, Ash, like minds. 😁

Wow, I haven't heard that one in decades. 😊

Agreed. Well, for all with a sub to see. 😊

If she has to explain that, then you have to explain the opposite. 😊 It doesn't matter if it was a deliberate lie or not. The simple act of speaking the words makes it a crime. You don't have to know that you're breaking a law to be guilty of a crime. If they did agree, outside of the apt, to tell that lie on camera, then in addition to the lie, they are guilty of conspiracy to commit fraud.

I have heard some strange and crazy arguments on this site over the years, but I have to say this is likely the most ridiculous argument I have ever heard propagated in these forums. How could anyone expect someone, who doesn't speak the language and doesn't understand a single word of what's being said, to report a tenant for breaking the law, any law? Are we supposed to guess at what they're talking about and report them based on a hunch of impropriety? That would go over like a lead balloon. It would probably sound something like this. Dear VHTV, I would like you to know that all of your tenants who invite guests into their homes are breaking the law by not telling the guests about the cameras or by telling them they are for something other than their real purpose or by not telling them the true intended purpose of the online cams or by not having them sign a release form or any or all of the above. Now, mind you, I don't speak the language and I don't understand a single word of what the guests are being told, therefore I have absolutely no evidence to back up this claim, other than the fact that Groomy says that all of your tenants who invite guests into their homes are guilty of these infractions. The End My reply from VHTV would probably be a very long string of emojis laughing uproariously. I would suggest that the people who speak their language - I could probably count them on one hand - and understand what they are saying, would be the ones to report them for any legal issues.
-
But, I bet it would hold up as a valid argument in court. 😊

Thanks. Appreciate the info. -
During a recent password audit by a company, they found that one employee was using the following password: "MickeyMinniePlutoHueyLouieDeweyDonaldGoofySacramento". So, when they asked why she had such a long password, the employee rolled her eyes at them and said, "Hello! It says it has to be at least 8 characters long, with at least one capital."

I don't have access to the video, but based on your transcript of it, when Dana says she doesn't think the cams are on, I agree, that's a lie. However, she then corrects that lie by stating that the cams are on. Then she says the cams are not transmitting video. Technically, that is the truth. These cams don't transmit video. They simply transmit a signal of the image their lens sees. It's the viewers who create the videos. You might say that's splitting hairs, but in a court of law, that distinction could be the difference between winning and losing a case. Just something to think about.

Leora & Paul - Videos (2018)
letsdothis replied to StnCld316's topic in Leora & Paul (06/28/13 - 06/19/19)
I don't think some on this site give Leora enough credit. She's no idiot by any means. She has to be motivated by the money, otherwise, they wouldn't be living in this apt and she wouldn't be RLC's star tenant earning them, as well as her and Paul, lots of profit. She certainly doesn't want to lose that status or that added value. IMHO. -
