Not very hospitable. Did you ever stop to think maybe not everyone is lucky enough to have the disposable funds you do? I've never had an RLC sub and most likely never will. I may not pay for them monetarily, but I put a lot of my time into cleaning them before I post them. I also asked for OF media. I don't think it's unreasonable for those who have, to share with those who have not.

Nowadays, even blemishes don't matter. With all the photo and video editing software available, blemishes, and just about anything else the photog doesn't want, is but a mouse click or three away from being nonexistent.

I don't think of it as cheating. They're a business and like every business they have to turn a profit to stay in business. Those popups are a source of revenue for them. Without that revenue, they go out of business. If they go out of business, then I have no videos to post for you. For me, the popups are far outweighed by the rewards of the videos. And, as I mentioned before, there are ways to mitigate some or most of those popups.

You need to install a good ad/popup blocker or two as add-ons to your browser. Using your browser's built-in blocker is also a good idea. Most of them have them these days. I still get a few, but it makes the job much easier. If you do get a popup (watch the address bar) just hit Ctrl-W to get rid of it and click on the video again. Sometimes it takes a few clicks on the video. Until recently, hotscopes has been pretty good about limiting their popups, at least I found that to be the case, but each site is different, and they frequently change how they work. Patience is the watch word. I hope that's helpful.
