How can you be happy when you are being forbidden or required to suppress or be your self? I do not think she is any longer happy in this relationship with such a controlling person. She wants to be able to express herself verbally, physically, and sexually, which it appears she is not able to do any longer. She has definately lost a lot of weight and could be to emotional distress, just my opinion (am not a doctor)
