But who pays the houses rents?Its the managers,the residents or it's payed shared?Found it strange how can be profitable to rent an house lets say for three months at for exemple 1000$ for it and then get enought cash from it.

Totaly.Hopeful at some point opening an new house just for an couple months won't be profitable,lets hope that will be soon enought.

Indeed,now it's obvious that Nina and even Serena were the on side that made it work,they had the personality and know how to make things happen and things result,Alan after both leaved basicaly only delivered awafull parties with lots of forced laughts and..no sex,no real fun.Rip house.

As long as Managers have free pass there won't be any cut in number of houses and would say will happen th contrary..more and more houses.Look at a&L policy..guests and more guests that become residents,when instead they could put two residents and guests in the same house and have an more active palce..but no..lets open houses after houses of totaly forgetable residents,we lost one of th best managers in site(George)now he just have average houses and one of them it's so bad(Alan)that really there's isn't justification,sadly th number of houses will continue growing..and quality..not.

It seems really sad to see what this apartment become,it started kinda slowly and then Serena arrived and play had an boom in quality,popularity and quantity.But at some point it looked like Manager forgeted this place and first dead stroke was Serena leaving and last one..Nina.This house(well most of George houses at some point)were an guaranty of deliver..we knew when an couple guests arrived,partie said etc it would end up in nice sex and sometimes even some amazing moments.Now Alan have no clue,talent call whatever you want to make place worthy of watch again,very very sparkly guests apear but nothing happen or at best some underblankets crap,and place it's times and times empty.What the hell its george tiking!?Obvious Alan can't make it alone,now it's plenty obvious that everything was lead by Nina and Serena.Close the place or put new residents in it.

It's just me or Alan have no clue on how to give an proper VH party..with nudity,nice sex etc.Not only that but with disco lights things and low lights and..joe😂.Seems it was Nina that knew how to do things.If again there is no sex or sex underblankets we might as well forget this house.
