Unless the oil pump quits, your oil viscosity is too high or your filter is plugged, as long as that engine is running, oil is getting to all parts of it fed by the galleries. That includes the pistons, pins, rings, piston skirts and cylinder walls. Who makes this stuff up? Only an uninformed idiot would believe any of it.
