    But manager job is not about situation today, it is strategy. - Today, yes. But Lina&Alex would not have opened such an apartment - for just couple. There is some kind of Chip, and strong - which convinced A&L to rent this apartment - investing more money than in other starting couples. That is - when they start doing what planned. - Any couple will earn more in current apartments. Just because - this apartment is much more expensive. Participants - who use this apartment at 100%, I do not see (Kate - but they have nice apartment. P&H - but they are not ready to this. New couple - another lottery).

    I'll wait for Clyde return. They have calendar2019 on the table - from personal photos😉. And what to do with the apartment? I do not think that the current participants agree to move in this apt. It is expensive and apartment is specific (parties, guest bedroom in an intimate style). Who can use the apartment at 100%? Kate&Molly - but they have great apartment and satisfied. Piper&Hunter - but they have more club type parties, dances, fun. They will go bankrupt in this apartment. And do not use apt capabilities. New couple (blonde - at the photo session) - they are interesting, but we don’t know how social they are, how many friends they have, whether they are ready to invite people into apartment for fun, debauchery, orgies?

    Well, too many people. Nothing intimate. It is obvious. Of most social and who can make party interesting - Piper&Hunter, Kate, Dana&Chris + Clara&Stas and maybe new couple candidates. I think they will be visiting. Perhaps in format like Clara&Stas and Dana&Chris. And that would be interesting by the way. If Piper&Hunter (party people) + Kate&Molly with party guys (like this guy with wings).

    Dana is pretty crazy. She could like Sina posting her adventures on Twitter but does not. We lose a lot of interesting things. Piper and Hunter are positive and party people. But they are without exchange (D&C too). In general (all participants) - I would note. Kate - she is like Nina in this apartment. She keep apartment. Arranges most of parties. Invites guests. If Kate off - apartment will die. D&C - they are strong couple in VH sense. Hot girls show/games in 3some - like a chip. P&H - they are party people and quite positive. This is enough now. But then? I think they have reserves - to strengthen the position when it is required.😉

    No. Too far (~3000km). Sadly, in fact, only swing couple (with full exchange) who have regular activities are leaving. L&P - doing something once month or two. Otto and Lola - very rarely couple on couple events. Melissa/Darcie - without exchange at this stage. In the golden months - there was Anna&Alex, Ella&Isaac, Nina, Mira&Henry, Betty&Rick.

    They do not know about site. They did not sign contracts (even guests). Therefore, they do not know name site/company. Therefore, yes - they do not know about other adventures. Partially. Live 24h broadcasts in US/EU - for the money. No more details (site/company name).

    You can not argue about what you do not know. Jade and Leonie - do not know about all other adventures in this apt. When J&L find any adventures materials (get proofs) they will no longer appear in this apartment. Jade&Zack was arguing about parties with "guys".

    Zack manager = 0 apts. And this is good news.👍 Cheating and hiding money is bad and unacceptable. This is Lisa's apartment now. I doubt that she will live here. Her candidates will live there. Lisa will be regular guest too. Apartment is normal (not top level, but not bad) - problems with participants.

    They have a lot of friends. They have positive mood. Now problem is no guy. By their limits = orgies and sex events, only with guy (well, he should be in apartment - even when exchanging).

    No. Bonnie&Clyde have ability to make apartment in epic level. Simply - this is probably worst start year. Ideally - launched apt in online week later, when guy returned. Secondly - P&C would not be happy to have such an expensive apartment. Where in their rhythm 1 - 3some per week = 2/3 salary will be spent on renting an apartment and cams.
