Otherwise, the average salary decreases (even for strong apartments), motivation low and everything is bad. On the other hand, it is necessary to increase the subscriber base. Closing 5-10 apartments - the subscriber base will not increase. Honestly - right now, there is no one apartment at level "Shut up and take my money". Priority work in this way. To invite strong participants (perhaps on special conditions) - but who will do it stably hot and sell hundreds of subscriptions.

Grace&Jacob - celebrated🤗. Year ago VH parties: 1) NAS - best celebrated. But Nina and Serena did it. Both left project. 2) Mira&Henry - good celebrated. Now in indefinite leave. 3) Linda&Carrie - just party. Now left project. 4) Misty - just party. Now left project. 5) Nyu&Ana with Misty - big party. Now only Ana active and she left for few days (in fact there is no Ana). 6) KPLP - just party. Now left project. 7) J&V - first anal party. Now left project. With this problem. Why? What is motivation? Money. Participants now earn a little. In the capital (where Anna is now) - housing that will be approved by VH +/- $800 + payments for cams + let's say credit $2000 (800 + deposit to landlord 800 + 200-400 agent/or at start and parties) for 100 days /$20 day = so even with orgies no good money (only rent apt + credit). And the average salary in Moscow on normal types work +/- fact that really earn in VH. In St. Petersburg, the situation is similar, but slightly attractive to the candidate. And apartments are about $500. And average salary is 15-20% lower. But in St. Petersburg they do not live. Only Zack. Lexy/Ana - do not want to be managers. Still a good motivator in Ukraine. But the situation is slowly changing (average salary in Ukraine is slightly rising, while at opposite, real VH salary decline). But the motivation is really good. Also good motivation in russian province. And cheap housing. That is, at level of 300 dollars (so only 300 + payments for cams + credit 700-800/100 = $7-8/day). I think Darcie and Stif - open 1-2 apartments soon. We'll see - how effective it is.

RLC have some problems too, I suppose. Just because: much more expensive apartments - VH only 1-2 apartments at level of RLC. I think ~900-1200$+ apartment category. VH ~400-500$. more luxury participants. They require more money.

Well -35% from winter peak. From the positive - VH stopped fall. Can they make a steady increase? Question. RLC - in a similar crisis. -45% at April level and still slight fall. But even current RLC level - more than x2 level than VH winter peak.

If there is not enough money for active apartments in this bank, then real salary for participants will decrease with any payment method. If real salary are falling both from participants who arranges orgies and from Clara (despite the fact that they did 250% of normal activity) and for those who do nothing (Pablo for example) = then this is system problem.

From what I heard, the earnings decrease for all participants. In St. Petersburg - I doubt that they have motivated participants while maintaining current situation with subscribers (statistics = money). I will assume - Darcie&Stif try to open 1-2 apartments in coming months. In their city - VH income is still highly motivated. And Alex&Lina conveyor in Odessa.

I already wrote. Courtney feels good and without VH. Low motivation (they earn more outside VH apt). Therefore - a lot of time apartment will be empty.
