    How is getting rid of the guys going to improve socialisation when they are not the cause of the lack of it? They are not the reason that the two new girls keep to themselves in their room, or why the more experienced tenants haven't made more of an effort to interact with them. They're not the reason why Karma is absent a lot or spends so much time with "Tantra" guy. And a few months before B7 opened we had Radislava, Loraine, etc in the villa. Loraine and Radislava were not very friendly with each other and the other tenants stopped talking to and hanging out with Radislava because they got tired of her crap. It didn't seem very harmonious, even though there were no guys back then.

    They're not arranged by RLC. Masha only visits the "on vacation" apartments when she has friends there that invite her (Tereza and Timur, Holly, Taylor, Eva) and the only ones that visit her apartment are the ones that she's friends with. Nelly and Bogdan's arrival was the starting point. Masha and her friends had zero interaction with the "on vacation" apartments until Nelly and Bogdan arrived. Nelly fell out with her around the time of her second visit, but with each visit to the "on vacation" apartments she makes new friends that invite her instead, and the more friends she makes, the more opportunities she has to visit.

    This is how RLC have always recruited tenants, not just for the "on vacation" apartments, but for the couples and roommates apartments too. There are not many tenants throughout the years that wasn't recruited to RLC by other tenants.
