What is the background on this site? It seems like an obscure site that no one would really accidentally happen across. How did they get so big? Even now as "Camarades" they sill have a bunch of people going to it. The only reason I found out about it was from here. Even now with almost no way to actually see the site without an invite people are still on.

It's just speculation because it will be very hard to keep private. It's easy to find the house based on the physical description, not to mention that the local media has already picked it up and will likely report on it if more info comes to light. I could also see the neighbors/city trying to get it shutdown. They should have picked a more urban area where their ads wouldn't be so noticeable.

Why do these postimage pix disappear so fast? Is it RLC issuing DMCA complaints? Yes. That's the main benefit of being a paid member you can post directly to cc.
