I have the paid version it stopped working sometime yesterday morning, looked at it first thing and it was working then later in the morning it had stopped. The free version stopped working October 31st and the info said the paid version would be extended for a short while. I've got photon as well, not as stable but it can do rlc replay as well.

This is probably not the right place - but I can't find one. Decided to cancel my old subscription on 17/7 and get the new rate - that was about a week short of the renewal date. I then dropped a note to the RLC support line asking if was possible to give me the rest of the 7 days of timeline back which they did the same day and then the following day they extended my new subscription by 7 days - now it might be because I moved from monthly subscription to quarterly subscription. I also discovered it was cheaper to pay in euros rather than pounds (at least at the exchange rate on Wednesday). So RLC were fairly quick off the mark and gave me all I asked for. This is the note suitably redacted Hi, I just cancelled my account and then took up the new special rate (3 monthly billing) - is it possible to a) transfer the last few days of credit from my old subscription to my new one and b) in replay give me access to the 7 days of recording. Bags are packed and by the kitchen in corridor - see them from CAM1 - also wardrobes are empty - just watched cleaning lady open each one and clean them out.

New people in the Spanish camming apartment - Martin & Marily - Realms 12 and 7

Must be very very close to Darcie and Stiffler's appartment as Stiffler got back there in about 3 minutes.

There are wardrobes in the end of the living room no covered by the living room cams but visibile through the curtains from bedroom cam 6 - at least they look like mirrored wardrobe doors.

remember that VH had the same problem within the last week. Came back after about an hour with the base site, other features like the previews took about 24 hours to come back. 502 is generally some form of server failure.

New appartment just came up Malena and Amelia - GMT+5 Realm 63 - some cams in bedroom not working yet. They have an inflatable pool in the middle of the lounge!

new cams are up - loggia cam is now there, new view of the couch and kitchen cam now points towards the fridge - hall cam has gone but you can see whole hall from cams 3 and 5
