    While Polekyla (if that is the lady) would pass the 5 second test, I do believe we need to ensure we do not have too many middle-aged apartments. Fact is that younger tenants tend to have more energy and ideas although I would be more than happy if this threesome were to prove me wrong.

    Important these ladies introduce some hetero action i.e. a party perhaps to fully exploit the apartments potential. They have done it before in a most spectacular way and they can do it again.

    I can recall making an observation about a plump lady in a post on VV and admin replied to the effect that they had some research results that indicated that some 15-20% of males preferred plumper ladies. So there we have it. Chubby chasers are with us to stay.

    For an apartment to survive in what is a VH competitive environment takes a lot of dedication and ingenuity. Here we have a potentially really interesting little apartment that occasionally provides a flash of brilliance. It is necessary however for dedication also and if neither lady actually wishes to move in to the Apartment, I fear it will just become another ratings casualty which would be a real shame given some of the ghastly apartments that present themselves to us.

    Because it is not unheard of for players to re-appear in this business. Sina split and moved on but is back elsewhere. Alan moved on but keeps turning up. Stifler like a bad penny and we have just seen Deborah again. For their own protection tenants have to act a bit like a secret society/family business to prevent public exposure (like Lexa and Waverley or Grace and Jacob). Whilst it might be unlikely Helena would ever ask Serj to partner Eva, if Daniel were to leave, Helena might feel obliged to risk a fresh recruitment but a known quantity could represent less of a confidentiality risk.

    Christine's absences are all the more annoying especially after that colourful video archive taken shortly after the beginning of her tenure. These two have the ability to provide good entertainment if only they realised it. Hopefully they might read this. I find them quite refreshing and interesting.

    You are of course correct but I think this is down to Daniel's shyness. In her first apartment, Eva would share a bath with Helen and Serj. Unfortunately Serj would only have sex with Helen. Believe me Eve would perform but she is not going to force herself on Daniel. Will Daniel ever come out of his shell? Difficult to say. Difficult also for Helena to invite Serj to perform with Eva as Serj treated Helena badly although I think he helped her with the cams here.
