I am certainly not a fan of camming on VH but why should a manager have a cut of any extra curricular income tenants may make. They get their agreed cut of the 50% VH give them however that is split which is agreed with the tenant. If any tenant has a part time job in a bar or cafe the manager hasn't any right to a cut of that so it's just a silly subject to bring up anyway.

Subscribers may like to know now that if you plan on cancelling your subscription to VH it needs to be done at least 2 weeks before your current one expires. I have always noted that my current days left always have run down to the 1 day mark before automatically renewing but it seems now that a change in policy by VH now means you need to cancel about 2 weeks before your current deal expires as i have just found out to my cost so BE WARNED, Here is an email i received from VH when querying why my current subscription has suddenly showed 39 days left. VERY SNEAKY EH. Dear user! Your credit card is charged before the end of the subscription. In this case (2018-12-18) This is normal for recurring subscription.
