Don't think the interest in there now to be honest from the viewers as many of the cams are not very close at all whatever the angles and positions are. Never the same 2nd time around.

All country's have their national instruments even Portugal, doesn't mean no one else is allowed to play them. All i am saying is that the bagpipes are the national instrument of Scotland as is the Digeridoo is the national instrument of Australia however you want to argue it.

Generally yes I would. There are always exceptions as in anything but yes a bagpipe is a Scottish instrument.
