    My ISP has me at 60 MBPS. I used to have 100 MBPS at one time and then I got VOIP so I had them cut the speed back to save some money. I think the difference is I use Internet Download Manager to Grab the Downloads. IDM Speeds Up the Downloads.

    We can make an OT Topic for each Apartment. Then when someone goes Off Topic then the Comments can go there rather than be Deleted or Hidden. The General Chats only go 30 Pages so there's not much room for having OT things going on taking up space. Then if someone wants to Debate the Off Topic Comment it can be done.
