When VHTV Forum was started all their Apartments were on 1 Page. As time progressed more Apartments were added and the VHTV Forum had to be expanded outwards where each Apartment has a Board of their own. Cam Caps and VHTV worked together on how to set the Boards which was decided to be set the Current way it is now. Something different and not an Identical Match to the RLC set up was decided the way to go.
