I think if the DMCA serves them notice then they would have to remove it when they get the Notice. Non Compliance can get the Server Shut Down. I just checked their Site. If you upload for Free as a Guest the File is up for 2 Days. Register a Free Account and it stays up for 3 Days. Basic is $2.19 and stays for 10 Days. Pro is $10.99 and stays for 20 Days and Enterprise is $65.99 and stays for 30 Days. All Copyrighted Material is always Subject to DMCA Takedowns so on Registered Accounts the Content may not stay as long. Some Servers have a Policy on Uploading Copyright Material. They would likely Terminate an Account if their Rules are Violated in anyway. A lot of People don't read the Terms they just pay and then post. Then they find out the hard way.

There are days when a Topic only makes 1 Page or Less of Comments and then other Days the Same Topic can Generate 20 Pages or more in a Day. The more Activity in the Apartment will Generate lots of Posts whereas an Inactive Apartment on creates very little. Not everyday is the same.
