    This is likely their own personal apartment and they just joined RLC so cameras were installed. I have seen worse apartments. Looked over at SpiedLife there are a couple of spots worse than this place.

    They should make it Mandatory that after 70 years of age it's time to retire. No justice needs to be on a bench well into their 80's or 90's with a lifetime appointment. Same as Politicians make it once they reach 70 it's stay home and play with the grand-kids. Same as a President why do they they need Secret Service for life on the taxpayers dime. Once they leave office they should be back at the same level as before they entered. Fend for yourself.
