    Stores want to stop thefts, there's one easy solution. Close shop and do all your sales online. All product gets bought and paid for before it's even shipped. If enough stores do that people will have no other choice but to resort to buying online. It may turn store fronts into Ghost Towns but their theft problem is solved.
