    The member who uploads a video or picture can place a description in their post if they wish to do so. All others if they wish to quote a picture or video must be done in this topic. Quoting is done quite easily. On the left of the Quote Button is a (+) click the (+) and then come to the topic that is meant for Quotes, place the mouse curser in the Quote Box. On the bottom right corner you'll see a box that shows Quote Post, click that and the Quote is inserted. Then submit reply and it's done.

    Foamy placed a warning post yesterday but apparently it wasn't adhered to. The Member has received a Warning and has been dealt with. If it continues further take it to Rants and Flames and duke it out over there and away from the Apartment Topics.
