    When an IP is Blacklisted it's generally for life. RLC has been doing me in for over 6 Years I don't have enough Fingers and Toes to count how many IP Addresses I have blacklisted but there are a Couple Hundred by now . I also have 4 Routers so when they hit me I just change Routers when one can no longer connect to them.

    That shouldn't make any difference. All RLC has is a Scraping Software that Scans the Forums for their Picture and Video Content. They don't have a Physical Account.

    Good Luck. RLC generally doesn't have soft spot in their heart. They are usually Cold & Calloused Sons of Bitches. They generally blacklist the IP Address if anyone Posts any Pictures or Videos. If you had a RLC Account that likely has been terminated. If you don't have a RLC Account then it just the Blacklisted IP to deal with.

    If the Image is Static then RLC has Blacklisted your IP Address. You'll have to change your IP Address to get that rectified. The reason it works on Mobile Data is because your Router gives a different IP Address for each device used. To fix this just go into your Advanced Router Settings and look for Mac Clone it should be in the Network/Internet Settings. It will be set likely as Use Default Mac Address just change it to Use Computer Mac Address. Apply the Settings and your IP Address will change. It will take 2 or 3 days before the Default will clear and Generate a New IP since most are Static Connections. If that does not work just contact your ISP and request a new IP Address. Most ISP's will change it with no problem.

    Personally I don't care what they do in Canada. As long as they are Supporting themselves and not Freeloading off the Taxpayer any further they can do what they want. They'll never have any Peace or Normal Life that they desire anyways. They'll always be hounded by the Paparazzi no matter where they go. I just hope they bring their own Security Detail as it's not up to the Canadian Taxpayer to supply them with Round the Clock Protection.
