It looks like they have locked out viewing the free cams for non members on RLC as I and a number of others have noted. The message displayed on the screen basically requires viewers to subscribe to be able to see the cams again. I've noticed their servers have slowed down, and they get worse when more viewers are watching the same cam. They really need to upgrade their servers.

I think it is a RLC server issue with not enough bandwidth allocated. I'm in Australia too and notice cams freezing or stuttering when there is action in a room. When there is no one in a room the cams work fine probably due to less users viewing that cam. It's the only explanation I can think of as I have no issue with any other site and just installed a new router and configured it also.
