    My guess is they are trying to fix the issue with the freezing because everytime they open the apartments to see if it's okay The freezing keeps happening

    I have teamviewer So i was able to connect with someone from support so they can see on my device that the website is botched and freezing They said the technicians are trying to investigate the issue
