    Yes she is but it's a weird set up as she doesn't seem to be filmed very often at all.This Apt. opened after Ritta,Elien,Kenneth and Romeo's place was closed down and Romeo was here when it opened.Kenneth has now shown up so it seems this place is used by "First Models".

    Yep have to agree she does everything so cheerfully and happily and pulls her weight in all areas and Markus is very good with her.One thing that does bother me slightly(and Jabs will no doubt comment😏)this is a porn workers Apt.and Sunny could just be one hell of a good actress?but personally I think it is more her nature than acting for the cams.I don't really care either way though,I like her and this place.

    This place needs a shake up, Sabrinas return is only papering over the cracks, where is everybody, one minute it's party central the next nobody. I really thought Anna and Alex showing up would give Benjamin and Scott a boot up the arse to sort things out including getting rid of that ridiculous underused filthy pool. The +7 realms take a lot of criticism but at the moment they are miles ahead of this embarrassment.

    To be fair most other Apt's don't have rooms this large with ceramic tiled floors.Lets face it it's a large paddling pool more suited to a children's party,it was a nice try.If they had an outside terrace like Marla and Hector they could use in summer that would be a better idea.
