RLC appears to be increasingly successful in settling former participants in the Russian apartments in the West. Montenegro now seems to be a favored landing spot, and is outside of the Schengen zone. (Unlike Prague.) And RLC's IT infrastructure in Montenegro is growing as well. The time-stamp for her doing this matches the appearance of someone outside on the terrace. But it is her reflection. The door at cam 2-9 is below the main level of the garage. There is a ramp (walkway) along the side of the garage between the level of the front door to the level of the parking area in front of the garage. The ramp appears to have a gradient of 15 degrees or so, which results in a change in elevation of two meters more or less, between the penthouse level and the garage floor level. That is why they walk up stairs from the hall in 2-9 to reach the level of the garage. You can count the steps on the stairs between the front door and the kitchen level. Add those steps to the steps from the door seen in 2.9 leading to the level of the garage, and that total approximates how many meters above the kitchen the garage floor is.

This second door would be outside the kitchen door, off the terrace along the west side of the pool. This door may lead to a space under the garage floor where there is mechanical and utilities equipment for the villa and the pool. As this space would be at kitchen-level, there would be stairs leading up to the garage floor.
