    IMO, RLC has screwed up big-time. First, they have Tim and Mini in the master bedroom in B-7, and no occupants in N&B's suite. Tim is anti-social, Mini knows no one. So no parties from them. Second, they have given Madison the penthouse. Madison couldn't organize a party if her life depended on it. Moreover, she has taken up residence with her bf, so there will be no parties with others in the penthouse with the two of them in residence. Third, B-5 has parties, but very few watch them. Partly because the tenants are not very interesting and partly because of their nationality.
