By the gif was clear that they were knowing the house (Alina talking with Zoi about the paint or the wall, guy looking the divisions), probably future new tenants there with the future managers... but so if it was to be a party why did zoi and tim left??? For parties for sure they know how to do it outside the cams (see when zoi and tim spend all the night outside)... What i complain is that is ALWAYS techincal problems.... of course that include many things (cabling, cams, isp problems, buffering... etc) ... I dont know. My opinion - came Alex and Lina, as some technical experts (they were at KPLP today and worked with cameras). And on the basis of Eric and Layla - now the headquarters. Without online broadcasting. They will return soon. This is the most logical explanation. Perhaps Eric and Layla left for 2-3 days to relatives.
