Never regret a day in your life: good days give happiness, bad days give experience, worst days give lessons, and best days give memories. Life is amazing, and then it's awful, and then it's amazing again. In between the amazing and the awful it is ordinary, mundane and routine. All of this is just living. Life will always be complicated. You're not going to be happy all the time. No-one ever is. Sometimes you're just going to exist, and that is okay. Learn to be 'content' and 'calm' and 'not sad'. Not sad is good. Not sad is great, and when you cannot look on the bright side of life, just remember there are those here online that will sit with you in the dark. Arkay2 Posted September 13, 2017 Share Posted September 13, 2017 I am assuming the admin/paperwork Lisa is trying to sort out is related to whatever the events of the day were and the overall assessment of 'sad'. Does anyone know what the smaller blue covered book with the silver lettering is. It looks like a formal report card or medical record type book and the contents were relevant to the letter she was writing. Having finished that Lisa has moved onto her book of memories/yearbook which previously has cheered her up no end. That combined with a bounce around to some of her favorite music seems to have lifted her mood.
