This can be done in a way that's not going to discriminate against them, but rather designate them. Why not use the gay VH emblem in front of the gay apts and put them together either on top or on the bottom of the list. Mira and Henry are getting sandwiched between the gay apts and people may assume that this is a gay apt too. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Goodness knows! When the Logo appears Bold then there are New Comments placed in the Topic for that Apartment. EDIT: I see the answer has already been posted.
