He got everyone to Vote for him by Promising to Legalise Marijuana. So far after 2 Years it hasn't happened. There's a thing called the Senate or the Silver Haired Boys Club that don't like the idea. Got enough Stoners on the Streets now. No need to Legalise it and make more Stoners. 1
