Read into my statement what ever makes your bell ring. I don't care. I will continue to state that It will be Maya, Stepan, and RlC's decision to determine the tenure of this apartment. Got it...you're saying that your opinion matters, all others don't. My opinion is that this apartment and L&P have long ago jumped the shark.
