No. Manager will earn on Misty or someone stable much more money. With a minimum risk.

Big apartment. They most likely paid for 1 month + 100% deposit and +50% realtor. Order 15 cameras. Probably start package (advance payment). These are direct investments. And they must return. Though they will return to 0. Better with profit. Now there are many apartments. And a period - when watching newcomers, even if no one does anything, very short.

Therefore - I think the manager should understand the real capabilities of the participants. Only sex, even porn level - this apartment can not recoup.

VH - generally other criteria of profit. There everything depends on size client base. New apartments are tool to increase the client base. But it is not a condition. I do not have any data, but my opinion is that now new apartments open slightly faster than the client base (just an notice and the fact that earnings are reduced for all, a little).
