While I pretty much agree with the above statements, it's also possible that them visiting relatives might also have something to do with Em crying yesterday or the day before.

Wow that really sucks that all these people showed up right when SId and Em leave. This is exactly the kind of environment they need with the right people involved.

Sid most likely would have not taken part in any activity and because of him being there Em would not have acted different. Thats why I think its better they are not there.

True, but don't forget Em did get in the tub with Nyu Kevin and Misty while Sid and Sia were sucking on pacifiers in the bedroom. She didn't do anything sexual but it was a start and she did at least let Misty suck on her tits. We need more temptation for Em.
