I have, they are aware of it and are fixing it right now.

I guess they have to send the tech guy to fix it I think. Most likely it's a connection issue with the networking cable

This apartment seems to spend more time offline than on.

Hope they can sort the cams out the ghosting is terrible, never been right since they started.

I'm guessing this apartment is going to be down for a long period. They have completely removed it from the apartment list, unlike the Ella/Isaac apartment which just says offline.
