hello Robert go to the top of the page click on the envelope on the box that opens you have a line inbox click and normally all your messages received or sent appear you can erase everything or just the desired number

I have sent Admin a PM. When he comes Online he'll check your Account Status.

The reason you can't Send or Receive any PM's is Your Inbox likely has 50 or more PM's in it.   If your Account is Due in May then Admin will Correct Your Account and place it back as Premium then you'll be able to access your PM's that you have in your Inbox.  The only way to Receive or Send any PM's at the moment is to have less than 50 PM's in your Inbox whereas with Premium it's Unlimited.
