I know that Jeff & Jacob left for quit a while and she began crying while she was waiting for them to return. Grace had already gone to bed so it must have been a while that they were gone... I say that because Jacob was trying to convince her that nothing happened while they were out. She started pouring out her heart to the young man, that's when she began crying .
