So has Alex and Anna officially stop managing VH apartments? Does Zac also manage Lexy/Pete and Em and Sia as well?

I think  the other dude was  in appartment  when  Eli was there also and was sleeping several times on the couch

Yes I recall that. He was the only one that Polina would embrace but I don't think he was a friend of Eli. Hopefully they have just left to get some drinks.

No. Anna and Alex manage their apartments. Zack manage only 3 apt now - Pablo&Juliet, Ruby, Monica&Dan (ex-Misty). In others he is like guest or technical guy.

He can also take a closed apartment - if he likes it. It is more profitable - equipment is already active, quiet neighbors (and not as neighbors Roberta - call police and declare Crusade). And the main thing is cheaper - there is no royalty for the realtor (30-60%), there is no additional deposit (+1 month).
