The Apartments in the Archives show the First Tenants as Maria & John and Olga & Sergey but it's believed there was Apartments before that as RLC was believed to be Operating under a Different Name before being Named RLC. Il est possible aussi qu'un problème soit survenu, car la nouvelle fille arrivée vers 13h40, RLC n'a pas encore mis son nom dans la liste... Bizarre tout ça!
