If they don't care about the customer, their customers don't care about them either. I guess there's going to be nothing new in this house. So it's not as appealing for me as it used to be. I don't even want to criticize.

(many people will not understand the language of this movie scene. But when it comes to combat, my first thought comes to this scene :))

i like cleo & clara but they both need to drastically change the routine. nothing happens at either place anymore.
