Strange,at 16:08(more or less)he enters an room near the kitchen and I can see the room have th lights on,But dude isn't in any cam.What room is that,bathroom!?

I agree. I can make out what looks like a woman, but I can't tell what

For the size of that i would say it's a tramp stamp covering tattoo .. in the middle looks some kind of animal.. but don't know

It looks like the loggia cam was turned of or some tec problem.All other cams working.
