Dates are correct. Amina got what's now Bridget's room when Beatrice moved out. When Amina moved to B3 Tiana got that room.  Nica replaced Karol in what's now Mary's room. 

I think you are confused with Anita. She shared with Nica until Nica moved out.

Yes, I didnt watch b4 so much but started to after Jasmin moved there from b2.

One thing though I dont understand are these 2 dates

I mean im sure the dates are correct, was just because I saw a clip once from b1 where you see Rose putting some body paint on Jasmin, so I thought they were there together, or Maybe Rose was just visiting or the other way around.
